Does FDL PCS have an internship or summer work programmes for students?
No, we do not have a set programme. However, occasionally as needs be we do hire persons for short term contracts. They may or may not be students.
Who can work for FDL PCS?
Anyone who is eligible to work in Saint Lucia and who has passion and drive. This person must also have a basic secondary school education with a science background.
Is there a test or examination that I must pass before I can be employed?
Yes, there is a basic aptitude test that must be completed.
What experience do I need to work for FDL PCS?
Experience required will be determined by the job description and the vacancy notice.
What if I don’t have much work experience?
Your qualifications will also determine whether you are invited for an interview.

Usually our vacancy notices have the caveat that only successful applicants will be contacted. If you have been selected for an interview, you will be contacted one (1) week after the submission deadline.
I missed the deadline, may I still apply?
Any late applications received will be placed on file for a period of 3-6 months.
